We are 100% happy with our home and couldn't be anymore excited. For being just a small family of 3 and first time home owners we couldn't ask for more!! Any house we asked Brian to see he had us a viewing faster than we imagined. We definitely got a good deal. Our home has a lot of updated features and many new appliances nothing looks to be old or out of shape , Brian's strategies also helped us remarkably when coming to our closing we paid almost nothing out of pocket and are very pleased with our experience with Brian Anderson and Baird & Warner.
