Diane was very prompt in providing us with an evaluation of our home. She provided us with all necessary information promptly, as well as answering all text messages and phone calls almost immediately. She was unfailingly calm and cheerful, even through several crises during the time our house was on the market. She always clearly gave us clear explanations of what she thought the best course of action was, but then honored our opinions when they differed from hers. She devoted countless hours to marketing, staging and promoting our house, including holding 3 open houses. We always felt she was taking care of us, which relieved much of the stress! I can't explain the blessed confidence we experienced knowing that Diane and Mark Anderson were taking care of things. We would highly recommend this team to anyone.
