Teresa and Diane are the best of the best! They knock the socks off any agent. True energy and professionalism. It's obvious they love what they do and are full of energy and enthusiasim . Marketing/staging and quality of pictures far exceeded expectations! I'm singing their praises to everyone I know. They sold our house in 3 days and got us top dollar.  Listing with them is the best decision a home seller can make!

Diane and Brian both did a great job in communicating the home sale process to us, and marketing 279 Lincoln for sale. If any questions happened to arise, they were fast to provide answers and information to us. Easy to communicate via phone/text as well, which is very helpful. Would highly recommend.

SUPERSTAR!!!!! Our neighbor recommended her own realtor to us but in the next breath said that there was another agent (Diane) who seemed to be selling homes fast in our area. Boy was she right! Our house sold in a week. It was all because she gave us great recommendations about what to do to our house before putting it on the market and perfect listing price for both us and potential buyers. We interviewed 3 realtors (all very good ones) but Diane stood out with her marketing strategies. She hit the floor running with her agent networking luncheon and open house within the first week. We had at least 2 showings every day, twice 3 showings and once 4. We still had requests for showings even after we had 2 offers right away. And let's not forget about good customer service. Wow! She kept us informed every step of the way and held our hands when we didn't quite understand how sometimes negotiations can be very impersonal. And she got us through our panic attack when the night before closing our basement flooded (closing went off without a hitch). We could go on and on about Diane Anderson but we're sure you already have volumes of praise about what an amazing agent Diane is. Please feel free to publish any or all of the above remarks anywhere you want and you can use our names. We would like others to know that she is an agent who can make selling their house a pleasant experience with the least amount of stress possible. We were blessed to have her. Thanks Diane.
