Diane was perfect for us. She held many open houses and followed up on many leads which resulted in a quick sale of our house. We are more than pleased with her handling of all aspects of the sale of our house. She had all the essential brochures and information in order to help potential buyers obtain knowledge of the house and neighborhood. She worked hard with the appraiser to insure the value of our house. Very pleased!

Diane Anderson was always prompt, attentive, helpful, thorough and friendly in our search for our house. She showed us several homes using the criteria we suggested. Afterwards, we could tell that she had picked up on our likes and dislikes and effectively guided us to the home we truly wanted. We feel like we got the best house and best deal in Chicagoland and Geneva. At the closing, she provided a gift basket that included household essentials and thoughtful gifts that proved very helpful. Overall, Diane provided great guidance and helped us land the right house for our family. I'd highly recommend Diane to anyone who is struggling to find a great house in the Geneva, St Charles, Batavia or Aurora areas.

Cheryl H Helped me buy a home Diane helped us find our home and sell our previous home. She excelled in both aspects of real estate.  As a buyer:  Diane communicates via email, texts or phone calls, and she responds promptly to any questions or requests. When I saw house I was interested in, she almost always got me in to see it within 24 hours.  My husband and I were only doing research, and we weren't planning on selling/buying for several months. Diane did not pressure us or ask us to sign anything. We did end up finding a place much earlier than we had expected, and we're so happy we did! As a seller: Diane knows the market! My previous home was only on the market for about 5 weeks before we got an offer. We closed about a month ago, and we were happy with what we sold it for. There are many homes in our neighborhood that are still on the market.  In the five weeks we were on the market, Diane hosted 2 open houses (there are realtors who don't believe in them), and she was set to do a third. The couple who bought our home came through one of the open houses.  Diane is a positive, fun realtor to have. We also were very happy with the people she recommended we use (inspector, mortgage broker...even an independent carpet company!). I highly recommend her!

j.hartigan Helped me sell a home Diane did a great job, she had a professional photographer take pictures for the online listing and brochures, she held open houses for both realtors and prospective buyers. Then end result was a contract within a couple of weeks of listing the property.

Donald Friend Helped me sell a home Diane helped me sell my existing home and purchased a newer town home. She knew what it what take to sell my existing house and worked with us to make it very appealing to the eye of the prospective home buyer. And when our new purchase became available she contacted us right away because she knew this was the one we would want. Very Professional. I would gladly work with her again!
