I had the pleasure of working with Diane Anderson as a first-time home buyer in last year's buyer's market. I relocated to an area for a new teaching position and met Diane during an open house whilst getting acquainted with my new neighborhood. As a first-time home buyer, with little to no experience in the real estate market, Diane was confident in guiding me in the right direction, yet balanced her expertise with a willingness to listen to the customer. She was able to work around a busy new work schedule and set aside extended amounts of time to see multiple homes in a single day. Her expertise in the western suburbs and knowledge of the real estate market, combined with her desire to meet the customers' needs led us to quality, desirable homes. She led me in the right direction and did not try to overextend my budget or show off real estate that would not fit my needs. Diane was willing to schedule multiple viewings of my top rated homes, so that I could feel more comfortable as well as share her knowledge of the real estate with other family members. She was present at home inspections and provided references for experts in the closing procedures. My family and I consider ourselves lucky to have met Diane Anderson. Considering that we met on pure circumstance during an open house when we were simply passing through the new neighborhood, we consider Diane to be a true find, and a top notch realtor. Diane helped me find my dream home nearly a year ago, and I couldn't be happier. I am forever indebted to her for leading a young, first-home home buyer through the uncharted waters of the real estate market, and bringing me to a confident, financially-stable and happy place as a home owner. Dreams do come true!   Thanks to Diane, we are living the dream.
